Hey! I'm Megan.

I’m a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience. After years of my own yo-yo dieting that lead to a 20-lb weight gain, I figured out how to revamp my metabolism (and lose that 20 lbs), and now I’m helping other women do the same. I’m on a mission to help as many women as I can break free from the vicious cycle we call “dieting.”

I live for helping women, like you, let go of food anxiety, lose weight, and feel f*cking amazing every day. Weight loss is cool, but feeling like you finally enjoy food without strings attached is cooler. Having the freedom to focus on sh*t you actually love, and not food? Woah.

I don’t want you to cancel a thing. I want to help you replace some foods that make you feel like crap, and I want to show how using the simple structure I outline for you in the program can FREE you instead of restrict you. Wanna have a couple glasses of wine? I’ve got you. Going out to a Mexican restaurant with girlfriends? I’ll help you figure it out without throwing yourself off. You can totally eat like a normal person and not be “weird.” Unless you wanna be weird. It’s up to you. What I’m offering is a “you do you” plan.
