After years of my own yo-yo dieting that lead to a 20-lb weight gain, I figured out how to revamp my metabolism (and lose that 20 lbs), and now I’m helping other women do the same. I’m on a mission to help as many women as I can break free from the vicious cycle we call “dieting.”
